The local CSV will not open
- Confirm the filename ends in .csv and is within 20 MB, 100,000 rows, and 500 columns.
- Check for an unmatched quote and export as UTF-8 CSV from the source application.
The temporary upload stopped
- Keep the tab open and choose Resume after a paused upload.
- If the page was reloaded, the in-memory token is gone; start a new temporary workspace.
- If the 24-hour lease expired, start again. Activity does not extend it.
- Add a filter or narrower projection in governed Loam if a query would exceed 10,000 rows or 16 MiB.
The output is unexpected
- Remove steps from the end until the preview matches expectations.
- Check the selected columns and operation order.
- Remember that fuzzy suggestions never merge records automatically.
Do not upload data you lack authority to process or include private file contents, credentials, or sensitive records in a support request.
