By using Data Cleaning, operated by Loam, a product of Ship It! Software Limited, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Loam account and subscription terms also apply to governed account use.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to process the data you open or upload. You are responsible for reviewing plans, suggestions, outputs, and downstream uses, and for retaining an original backup.

Temporary workspaces

A temporary Loam Namespace is anonymous, private, access-scoped to the current tab, and scheduled to expire after 24 hours by default. Reloading or disconnecting loses access; it does not immediately delete data. Temporary access cannot retain the Namespace or save a durable cleaned view. Query results are limited to 10,000 rows or 16 MiB and the cleaning preview shows at most 100 rows.

Service boundaries

Profiles, transformations, counts, and suggestions are provided as-is and are not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, identity, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Fuzzy similarity does not prove two records describe the same entity. To the extent permitted by law, Ship It! Software Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Ownership and acceptable use

You retain rights in your data and grant only the rights needed to process it for the selected mode. The site software and branding remain owned by their licensors. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade limits, or process data unlawfully.

Suspension, changes, and law

We may suspend misuse and change or discontinue features or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date. New Zealand law governs these terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop local use at any time and revoke connected Loam authorization.
